2. Services

Our live coaching sessions and workshops are delivered by qualified professionals. Scheduling details are provided upon purchase. If you need to reschedule a session, please get in touch at least 48 hours before the session.

3. Digital Products

Digital downloads such as e-guides and lresults modules are available immediately after purchase. Please ensure you have the necessary software to access these materials.

4. Physical Products

Books, workbooks, and other printed materials are shipped to your address. Shipping times vary by location.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

If you cancel at least 7 days before a live session, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. You may choose to reschedule instead of requesting a refund. Sessions starting within 7 days of cancellation are not eligible for refunds due to planning requirements.

5.2 Digital Products

Requests for refunds for digital items must be made within 7 days of purchase and prior to downloading any file. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. After download, digital products are not eligible for refunds.

5.3 Physical Products

Merchandise may be sent back within 30 days of receipt if unopened and in original packaging. Approved requests are eligible for refunds within 14 business days after we receive the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. You may request a replacement instead of a refund.

5.4 No Refund Items

Gift certificates and promotional bundles are not eligible for refunds. This is due to the bundled offering and voucher nature of these items.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule services, please contact us via Contact Form at least 48 hours in advance. Late notices may not be accepted.
